Redesign and new low-literate-friendly feature for vaccination app

I conducted UX research to understand users and evaluations to identify areas to improve for a better UX. I also conducted a co-design workshop with the client which allowed me to review the user flow. Using this, I developed wireframes and prototypes in Figma, proposing a redesigned, optimised user flow, and low literate-friendly feature.

Convenient access to local fresh produce

We conducted UX research to understand identify solutions to understand what is hindering consumers from accessing local fresh produce. This allowed us to propose a solution for which we developed a wireframe in Figma. We also conducted concept tests.

A better experience for World Remit users

I reviewed the flow for transferring money on the World Remit app. For this, I conducted a heuristics evaluation and a competitor analysis. I then redesigned the main screens of the flow in Figma to address the issues that I identified.
